For organisations
Knowledge of a function decides where AI succeeds
In risk, quality or operations, the people best placed to shape AI are those who understand how that function runs in your industry.
AI stalls where a function is not understood
AI changes tasks within work more often than it removes whole occupations, so its value depends on people who know those tasks. Tools are widely available; understanding of a function is not. The routine work that once trained new joiners is also changing, so we hold that judgement must now begin before they arrive.
People who know your functions, prepared for AI work
The AI talent you need already knows your functions. Choose where you sit.
Judgement can arrive with new joiners
Organisations gain people who arrive having begun to ask the right questions: what AI should take on in a function, what must stay with a person, and how the result is checked. We begin that judgement in college, inside a student’s own subject, so that it is already forming when they join.
Judgement shows in the account a person gives
A polished output tells you little about the person who produced it. What matters is whether they can explain what they delegated to AI, what they checked and what they would change if the requirement moved. We hold that this account, not the output, is the measure of a candidate.
Your problems are where judgement forms
We ask organisations to take part by bringing the problems of their functions to students, so that judgement forms on real work, and by naming the functions that most need it.
