People who know a field decide what AI should do there, where it should stop and who makes the final decision. It rests on knowing the work, and so it is open to every subject.
Working under its direction
Where no one who knows the work has shaped it, the system sets the pace.
Why aith.si exists
AI is reaching into ordinary work: the shopkeeper keeping accounts, the teacher planning a lesson for a mixed class, the health worker tracking who is due a visit. Each knows something about their work that its builders do not. As we see it, the opportunities of this era lie less in making AI than in shaping it, and they are open to people in every kind of work. We hold that work should be judged by what it does, not by a person’s background, accent or college. Our name is said as “eight”, as our mark shows.
Who we are
aith.si was founded in Bengaluru by Anand Rao, who has held leadership roles at PwC’s India operations, LG Electronics’ software unit and, in India, a global fintech firm. He has advised business owners, and Karnataka State and central government institutions, on how work changes with new technology.
